Bows on the way!

We are overjoyed to announce our new collaboration with Light Up

We have started a new project for teaching the violin to children from the Sanjay Camp Community.

Light Up has been running multiple programs now in Sanjay Camp and this happened to be the first standalone project on music.

The Neemrana Music Foundation sponsors the whole project comprising: purchase of violins, a weekly collective class of music, a weekly individual violin class, and the fee for ABRSM exams as and when a pupil is ready.

Musical practice helps gain confidence and awareness of culture, we expect that this project will favour social integration of underprivileged children.

The children will build a valuable and much sought-after skill that will give them access to jobs as music teachers in schools: this is possible once they reach Grade 5 in the ABRSM* exams (5-7years).
